To file your business, a state fee is required, and with Evolving Resolutions, there's a transparent $20 processing fee added. This ensures seamless document preparation and filing on your behalf. Additionally, explore our Premium Packages where you have the option to add on extra services tailored to enhance and expedite your business formation process. * A $20 processing fee is charged. You will be responsible for paying the state mandated fee. Even if you were handling everything on your own, you would still be required to pay this fee in order to register a business.

*Some states charge online processing fees for submitting paperwork; these fees are imposed by the state; the processing fee for Evolving Resolutions is $20. If you decide to go with the Nonprofit, S Corp, or LLC package.

* It takes one day for Evolving Resolutions to process your data and sent it to the appropriate state.

* Filing deadlines vary by state and can range from three to twelve weeks.

* If you would like Evolving Resolutions to process your paperwork more quickly, you have the option to pay an expedited fee (which is included in our platinum packages).

* Some states additionally provide expedited processing via their own systems. If they do, we'll let you know that's an option.
